“Firstly I must say that I’m not one for normally writing reviews, but in this case I feel it absolutely necessary to give credit where credit is due. We have a property in the Snowy Region and purchased a beautiful Cedar hot tub to enjoy overlooking the view. It came as a cedar tub alone and we had no idea of how to get a system connected to get the heating, filtration, jets and lighting working reliably. Thankfully by chance, we mentioned this dilemma to a friend who had recently had ‘All Spa’ service their jacuzzi in Sydney. They had an excellent result and strongly recommended All Spa. Through correspondence with Glenn and Karen, we took their recommendations on a heating method using a combination of gas and electricity for a rapid heat and a sustained economical heat, a system that would prove to be outstanding. The system was supplied and installed without delay and has exceeded our expectations. The experience when in the tub is amazing, the combination of heat, water pressure, bubbles and lighting is like nothing else. The system is also very user friendly in that it is WiFi controlled, so we can turn the heating on and off from anywhere and therefore have it ready for our arrival. Both Glenn and Karen are lovely people who want to give their customers the best result and experience that the system is capable of. Being an engineer, I can appreciate the thought that went into our system design and through discussions with Glenn, he is on a path of continuous improvement, with each system being better than the last. Glenn takes great pride in his work and you can see the satisfaction he receives from seeing another happy customer. So with that, I can say that we are very happy customers and we strongly recommend the All Spa team to undertake system design or maintenance of your spa or hot tub. Thank you again guys!”
